Atlassian has announced the launch of new AI tools and agents for its Confluence content collaboration softwarewhose mission is to transform data into visual resources and assets and applications. Among the new features is the visual utility Remix with Rovoalthough for now only in open testing for Confluence Cloud customers with Rovo.
Remix with Rovo makes it easy for businesses to convert data and information stored in Confluence into visual assets, including charts, infographics, and diagrams. When used, simply select any content from a Confluence page, Remix will recommend which visual format is best suited to present available data and information.
In addition, it will take care of the creation of said visual resources without it being necessary to open any other application. For now it already supports data visualizations, infographics, diagrams and graphs, to which more information will be added soon.
In addition to Remix, Atlassian has announced three new third-party agents, also in testing and starting deployment next week, that run on Confluence via different model context protocols. The first connects Confluence users with the vibe coding app Lovable, with the goal of offering greater ease in turning product ideas and data into functional prototypes.
The second of these agents connects from Confluence to the Replit app building software. With it it will be possible to use technical documents as a basis for the development of the application base. Finally, the third agent works with the Gamma AI presentation creator to create slides and different presentation materials automatically.
