ChatGPT should become a super app

As early as April 2026, OpenAI’s Chief Revenue Officer Denise Dresser spoke of a super app in a blog post. According to the FT report, Dresser, who was responsible for sales and growth targets, may not have been talking about a product that would complement ChatGPT, but rather ChatGPT itself.
