In this Microsoft 365 Copilot for IT administrators workshop, you will be introduced to the basic concepts and architecture of Microsoft 365 Copilot and learn about the requirements and licensing as well as the update channels and network requirements. In addition, the workshop covers the administrative integration and configuration of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including settings, connection to Microsoft 365 Services, technical preparation of Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams as well as the interaction with Entra ID. In addition to general administrative recommendations, data protection and security aspects play a central role.
