Salesforce has taken advantage of the celebration of its Dreamforce 2025 event to announce the Agentforce 360 ​​availabilitywith the intention of offering companies tools to redefine the way of working in organizations. The agentic enterprise, as Salesforce calls companies that adopt AI agents to work, represents a work model in which AI complements the work of people rather than replacing them.

In this type of company, the teams operate intelligently 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, providing uninterrupted service. Each of its employees has digital support, the AI ​​agent, which speeds up their progress and adds more intelligence to the decisions they make.

Agentforce 360 ​​is comprised of the Agentforce 360 ​​platform, Data 360, Customer 360 Apps, and Slack. The platform is the foundation for enterprise-grade AI agents, in addition to offering a new conversation generator, hybrid reasoning with better control and precision, and voice capabilities.

As for Data 360, it is the unified and reliable data layer that provides context to all agents. It offers Intelligent Context and Tableau Semantics, turning unstructured data and analysis into a context understandable by AI.

Customer 360 applications provide AI agents that perfectly understand each customer and process from within by incorporating the company’s business logic and institutional memory. As for Slack, Salesforce Agentforce 360 ​​becomes the conversational interface for employees and agents to join forces to work.

This integrated approach allows companies to deploy agents based on controlled and trusted data, work across teams and workflows, collaborate with people and other agents directly in Slack, and leverage existing processes, business logic, and data infrastructure.

Thanks to its ecosystem, partners can extend Salesforce technology to all sectors, through customized solutions and services. The Salesforce partner ecosystem is expanded and integrated into Agentforce 360, offering applications and agents for any use case, as well as industry expertise.

Expanding Agentforce customer model options and hosting methods allows customers to incorporate the capabilities offered by Anthropic through Amazon Bedrock, Google’s Gemini models, as well as those from OpenAI, directly into the Salesforce environment.

On the other hand, with Native AgentExchange in SlackUsing actions created by partners and MCP servers that extend Agentforce agents, teams can discover, test, and install agents and applications from different partners. Among them Anthropic (Claude), Cursor, Googel Cloud, OpenAI (ChatGPT or Codex), Perplexity, Vercel and Writer. All natively in the Slack workspace.
