This addition to Aldi’s reusable bag lineup is making waves, with shoppers thrilled to see the stylish box bags return to shelves.

One enthusiastic shopper shared a picture of the bags on Facebook in the ALDI Aisle of Shame Community, sparking a buzz among fans.

Many shoppers are comparing them to the Trader Joe’s Stand-up Collapsible Grocery Tote Bag, which is currently selling for $3.99.

These Aldi box bags are large enough to hold an entire week’s worth of groceries, making them incredibly practical for big shopping trips.

Plus, they’re collapsible, so you can store them easily when not in use.

Not only are they functional, but these bags also let you shop in style.

They feature vibrant, colorful, and eye-catching designs that stand out from the crowd.

Whether you’re using them for your everyday grocery runs, packing up books for a move, or gifting them to friends and family, these reusable bags are as practical as they are fashionable.

The Facebook post has gained 6.9k likes, with 300 people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One wrote: “Did I need a reason to spend money at Aldi today? No.

A third commented: “Love these bags!

“I have the purple ones from several years ago.

“Love how easy they fold down; durability and size.”

How to cut the cost of your grocery shop

BELOW are some tips on how to reduce the amount you spend on groceries.

  • Write yourself a list – Only buy items that you need. If it isn’t on your list, don’t put it in the trolley
  • Create a budget – Work out a weekly budget for your food shopping
  • Never shop hungry – You are far more likely to buy  more food if your tummy is rumbling
  • Don’t buy pre-chopped veggies or fruit – The extra they’ll charge for chopping can be eye watering
  • Use social media – Follow your favourite retailers to find out about the latest deals
  • Be disloyal – You may want to go to different stores to find the best bargains
  • Check the small print –  It’s always worth checking the price per kg/lb/litre when comparing offers so you’re making a like for like decision as a bigger box won’t necessarily mean you get more
  • Use your loyalty cards – Don’t be afraid to sign up to them all. They all work slightly differently – work out what bonus suits you better and remember to trade in your points for additional rewards
