Available for just $12.99 in-store or on Aldi’s website, the Crofton 10-Inch Cast Iron Deep Skillet is going fast.
Its interior diameter measures about 1.25 inches, and it’s pre-seasoned with a vegetable oil finish — ready for cooking, per the product description.
Aldi recommends customers use it for anything from searing to a sauté, baking, broiling, braising, and frying.
The Crofton 10-Inch Cast Iron Deep Skillet is also oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking surfaces that are compatible with the skillet also include glass ceramic, gas, electric, induction, and halogen cooking services.
The sweet deal offered by Aldi has already been scooped up by several shoppers.
GOING FAST
“Ahhhh they got me again, but definitely worth it!!” wrote customer Nathan Adams in a post on Facebook earlier in February.
“$13 for a 10″ x 4″ deep cast iron skillet!!! Couldn’t pass it up!”
Several others agreed that it was almost too good to be true.
“I got one too! I love it for soup and bigger batches of one skillet dinners,” another shopper commented.
“Can’t go wrong with cast iron; it lasts a lifetime,” a third added.
The Crofton 10-Inch Cast Iron Skillet from Aldi is also virtually identical to the Lodge Chef Collection 10-Inch Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet at Crate & Barrel.
It retails for $27.95, about 55% more expensive than Aldi’s offering.
That’s about $14.96 saved, depending on shoppers’ budgets and personal preferences.

KITCHEN CRAZE
Aldi also recently dropped another “go to” kitchen appliance some shoppers are buying up fast.
The Ambiano Ceramic Nonstick Coated Rice Cooker & Steamer is selling at the retailer for just $16.99.
The ceramic material is crucial for a nonstick inner pot and also promotes easy cleaning after the rice finishes cooking.
It also comes with a tempered glass lid, rice spoon, and measuring cup.
Some customers who already bought it have called the rice cooker “the ultimate hack” in the kitchen.
Walmart offers a similar option, the GreenLife Health Ceramic Nonstick Rice and Grains Cooker, for $53.18.
Other higher-end rice cookers can sell for upwards of $199.95 at retailers like Williams-Sonoma.
Shoppers should also be sure to check out a viral bedroom essential back in stock at Aldi for just $13.
A mom also completed an entire grocery haul at the retailer for only $56 and revealed all the details.
