PRESS RELEASE

Published on April 6, 2026

New initiative offers free cloud migration, enhanced data protection and financial incentives to help organizations maintain IT operations during disruptions in the Middle East.

EAST HANOVER, NJ / ACCESS Newswire / April 6, 2026 / Alloy Software today announced the launch of its Global Continuity Program, a global initiative designed to support organizations whose IT operations are at risk due to instability in the Middle East. As disruptions impact cloud availability and infrastructure, the program provides proactive measures to maintain continuity and data security.

The program offers free infrastructure relocation, accelerated onboarding, enhanced data protection, as well as transition support and financial incentives for organizations operating in affected regions.

Targeted support for risk regions

The program applies to organizations in regions where instability could impact cloud hosting, on-premises infrastructure or business continuity. Alloy Software will continue to monitor global conditions and adjust eligibility criteria as necessary.

All eligible organizations, whether existing Alloy Software customers or users of other ITSM/ITAM platforms, will be prioritized for migration, ensuring expedited onboarding and support services.

For cloud customers in affected regions

Organizations already using Alloy Software solutions in the cloud and hosted in regions affected by the conflict will receive:

  • Free migration to a secure AWS (Amazon Web Services) region of your choice

  • Free return migration as soon as the situation stabilizes

  • Increased backup frequency for extra data protection

  • High priority migration with minimal downtime

For on-premise customers moving to the cloud

Organizations currently using Alloy Software solutions on-premises in the affected regions and choosing to migrate to the cloud to reduce the risks of local infrastructure instability will receive:

  • Waiver of cloud installation and onboarding fees

  • Discounts on multi-year subscriptions

  • Host in a secure AWS region outside the conflict zone

  • Free return migration once stability returns

  • High priority onboarding and migration

Support for organizations on competing ITSM/ITAM platforms

Alloy Software also extends the program to organizations using other ITSM/ITAM platforms, creating a streamlined migration path. Eligible companies will receive:

Alloy Software’s commitment to stability and continuity

“As regional infrastructure becomes increasingly vulnerable to geopolitical events, organizations deserve support that goes beyond standard service obligations,” said Vladimir Vinogradsky, CEO of Alloy Software. “This program reflects our responsibility to ensure operational continuity and protect the systems on which businesses depend.”
