The company for agentic AI solutions applied to customer experience (CX) Inconcert has appointed Álvaro Grande CEOwith the aim of accelerating its international growth. A Civil Engineer and MBA from Harvard Business School, Grande brings to the company experience accumulated through his time in elite consulting, as well as his ability to manage complex technological structures.
The manager has more than a quarter of a century of professional experience, and among other positions of responsibility, he has been CEO of Verisure. During this stage he led the launch of his operation in Germany, scaling the workforce from 10 to 500 professionals in six years. Previously, as head of Verisure in the Netherlands, he was responsible for increasing its sales and developing a mature local structure.
So that the transition in the position he will occupy from now on is orderly and business continuity is maintained, the CEO of Inconcert until now, Paolo Boni, has been working with Álvaro Grande during the last few months, which has facilitated his integration into the culture and internal organization of the company.
Inconcert has brought a comprehensive platform based on agentic AI to production in Spain, which allows companies to deploy virtual agents capable of operating autonomously with the highest security standards. From this, Inconcert enables a hybrid work model, in which AI agents and human teams collaborate in an omnichannel system that connects all points of contact with the customer.
The arrival of Álvaro Grande to the company opens a new stage for it, focused on accelerating its international growth and consolidating its position in AI applied to Customer Experience. At the same time, Inconcert will continue to expand its regional coverage and evolve its technological ecosystem to respond to market needs.
