Prime Video has a set number for the amount of Bronx Bombers games it will broadcast in the upcoming MLB season.

On Wednesday, Amazon shared that it will exclusively stream 21 Yankees regular games on its Prime Video service.
The streaming platform has aired that same number each season since 2021.
During that year, the streamer purchased the package of games that used to air on Pix 11 – a New York City channel.
Just like the 2024 season’s slate of games, 18 of the 21 games will air on Wednesday evenings.
All of the contests will be available to all Prime Video subscribers.
The games can be streamed at no extra cost to the streamer’s customers living in New York State, Connecticut, north and central New Jersey, and northeast Pennsylvania – areas that have a majority of Yankees fans.
Unfortunately for Yankees fans, it won’t be easy to keep track of where games will air.
The 2024 AL Champions will have games air exclusively on YES Network, the team’s TV network, Prime Video, ESPN, Fox, FS1, Roku, and likely Apple TV.
Yankees fans weren’t happy with Amazon’s announcement about their Yankees broadcasting schedule.
“We hate this,” one wrote.
“Amazon sucks to watch games on,” another commented.
“Well that’s 21 games I’m missing,” a third added.
“Why do we pay for YES network? Ridiculous,” a fourth stated.
Prime Video will use the YES Network broadcast crew.
The crew consists of play-by-play broadcaster Michael Kay, analysts David Cone, Paul O’Neill, Joe Girardi, John Flaherty, and Jeff Nelson.
The streamer’s 30-minute pregame show will also return.
For home games, the program will hosted by Meredith Marakovits.
Bob Lorenz will host the pre-game shows for the away games.
