AMERICANS are set to get a payout from a whopping $43million class action lawsuit settlement.
You don’t even need to provide evidence in order to cash in.

The money is being handed out by Progressive Premium Insurance Co to settle claims that it has paid out too little on car insurance claims.
It allegedly did this after undervaluing loss claims made by customers.
The settlement will benefit any residents of Georgia who made a first-party claim on a vehicle based on an Instant Report from Mitchell with a Project Solid Adjustment applied to at least one comparable vehicle.
It includes those who who made a first-party claim on a Progressive Mountain Insurance Co. policy between Oct. 11, 2015, and Feb. 18, 2025.
And also covers first-party claims on a Progressive Premier Insurance Co. of Illinois policy between June 8, 2016, and Feb. 18, 2025.
Plaintiffs in the case allege that Progressive undervalued loss claims in Georgia by applying a faulty methodology.]
This, they say, resulted in policyholders being paid less than they were owed.
Progressive Mountain Insurance Co and Progressive Premiere Insurance Co are both part of Progressive Corp.
The company offers insurance coverage for vehicles, homes and businesses.
It has not admitted any wrongdoing, instead opting to pay out the millions and settle out of court.
Under the terms of the settlement, plaintiffs can receive a cash payment which is estimated at $173.
The precise figure will depend on how many people participate in the settlement.
The deadline to exclude yourself from the settlement is April 30.
And the final approval hearing is set for May 15, 2025.
You are not required to submit a claim form, and any class member who does not exclude themselves will automatically receive the money.
Meanwhile, thousands of delivery drivers are owed a slice of a $4 million settlement and have until July 15 to claim it.
The settlement stems from an investigation in New York, where officials found thousands of workers were denied tips that customers thought they were giving directly.
Drizly, an alcohol delivery service owned by Uber, was accused of misleading both customers and drivers.
From 2018 to 2023, customers using Drizly were urged to tip their drivers at checkout, often with a preset 10% gratuity.
But the tips never went directly to drivers.
Instead, Drizly routed them to store owners, who didn’t always pass them on.
