Android tablets are getting more and more expensive

Lenovo has quietly raised prices across its entire Android tablet lineup. At the same time, it has pulled one of its most interesting models from sale.

According to changes spotted on Lenovo’s US store, every current Android tablet has seen a price increase. Some have jumped by as much as $60.

The move follows earlier warnings from Lenovo via CRN. The company said that rising component costs, particularly around RAM and storage, would push prices up through 2026.

The increases hit almost the full range. The Lenovo Tab One now sits at $179.99 (up from $149.99), while the Idea Tab climbs to $289.99 from $229.99. Higher-end models haven’t escaped either, with the Idea Tab Pro now $419.99 and the Yoga Tab rising to $619.99. Even the premium Yoga Tab Plus has edged up to $799.99.

It’s worth noting that Lenovo tablets are frequently discounted, but this kind of across-the-board adjustment is still notable. Therefore, it suggests these higher prices could become the new baseline.

At the same time, Lenovo has quietly removed the Legion Tab (Gen 3) from sale. The device is now listed as “Available Soon” on Lenovo’s site, which typically signals a transition rather than a restock.

Lenovo announced a new Legion Tab (Gen 5) at MWC 2026. The current changes strongly suggest the older model is being phased out ahead of that launch.

The upcoming Gen 5 model is expected to land at around $849, a significant jump that leaves a gap where the more affordable Gen 3 used to sit. Since Lenovo didn’t widely sell that model through third-party retailers, options for picking one up are already limited.
