The Technology and Engineering Services Provider Ayesa is working on the development of a quantum encryption services platform. This project It is part of a challenge raised by the Infibethe National Cybersecurity Institute, which aims to advance data protection in digital environments that are highly sensitive.
Unlike traditional encryption, quantum uses overlap and intertwined to ensure that any attempt to intercept communications changes the status of the data and can be detected immediately. It is therefore a safer system in the face of the attack with technologies and quantum systems than traditional cryptography.
Therefore, the implementation of quantum safety solutions, such as the quantum distribution of keys (QKD) and post-chaptography (PQC), is important to guarantee the protection of information in all types of sectors, but especially in which they work with highly confidential information. For example, finance, defense and telecommunications.
In this sense, Ayesa is working in various areas that will focus on improving the efficiency and safety of quantum encryption systems. Among them, the research of techniques in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and the exploration and development of quantum learning models. For this, it is focusing on Encoder-Decoder algorithms, as well as those that offer a demonstrable quantum advantage.
Other of the lines in which they work in Ayesa in this framework are the processes of threats of OT and IT threats, as well as in the implementation of PQC algorithms, of postcuantic cryptography, integrating them in different cases of use to prepare the resistance of systems against attacks of quantum computers.
Also Advanza in the exchange of postcuantic encryption keysimproving security through a double protection layer based on hybrid cryptography, applicable for protocols such as OPC, UA and FTP. There are also developing a quantum key distribution platform (QKD) which allows simulating a complete network, with virtual nodes substitutable by real hardware. With his work in this project, Ayesa advances in areas related to research and development in advanced cybersecurity.
