Black Myth: Wukong receives game license in China · TechNode

A total of 111 games were approved by the National Press and Publication Administration of China (NPPA) on Tuesday, including Black Myth: Wukong. Developed by Chinese developer Game Science, Black Myth: Wukong is an action role-playing game based on Journey to the West, one of Chinese literature’s four great works. The game is set to launch on August 20, 2024, and can already be wishlisted on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The number of domestic game approvals has exceeded 100 for three months in a row.
