Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) officially inaugurated its new office in Bengaluru’s Electronic City on Thursday, which marked an important step to bring his teams together under one roof.
BGSW is the technological arm of the German multinational engineering and technology company Robert Bosch, generally known as Bosch. It specializes in end-to-end engineering, IT and Business Solutions.
The new facility will enclose more than 5,000 engineering and software development staff and promote cooperation and innovation, as announced by the team on LinkedIn.
The state-of-the-art campus, with advanced laboratories, creative spaces and modern facilities, is designed to improve teamwork and agility. The space is intended to combine work, inspiration and technology -driven solutions and at the same time to strengthen BGSW’s innovation culture.
The inauguration event was attended by Soumitra Bhattacharya, chairman of Bosch India and CEO and director of the Indian Foundation for Quality Management (IFQM), together with Alexander Lenk, president of Global Real Estate at Robert Bosch GmbH.
This new office reinforces the dedication of BGSW of technological excellence and creates an environment that supports creativity, efficiency and innovation.
This week Bosch Limited announced its total turnover of the activities of £ 4,466 crores (495 million euros) in quarter 3 of FY 2024-25, an increase of 6.2% compared to the same quarter of last year. This growth is driven by the increase in income from the services due to the development of car components for large manufacturers of original equipment (OEMs).
“This quarter Bosch Limited continued to concentrate on innovation and technology by developing customer -oriented solutions. Mobility aftermarket and beyond mobility divisions showed considerable growth in another heavy quarter and caused the overall profitability with double digits.
