BUFFALO Bills fans have been hit with criticism over taunting Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The pregame move occurred before the Buffalo Bills‘ 30-21 home victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11.
A group of Bills fans dressed a Kermit the Frog doll like Mahomes and hung it from a pole near the stadium.
The doll wore Mahomes’ No. 15 Chiefs jersey and his haircut.
And a rope was placed around Kermit’s neck.
The choice of Kermit was made as Mahomes’ speaking voice has been compared to the legendary Muppets character.

Photos of the doll went viral on social media before the heated rivalry matchup.
NFL fans weren’t fond of the Bills’ fans stunt.
“Bills fans are the worst in the NFL! This is disgusting,” one wrote.
“The disrespect is at high levels right now,” another commented.
“Not a good look,” a third added.
A rival team recently took part in the running Mahome-Kermit joke.
Las Vegas Raiders made fun of the quarterback with a mini Kermit at training camp during the summer.
The Chiefs lost their first game of the regular season.
It was their first defeat since Christmas Day last year.
The Bills victory put them just a half-game behind the Chiefs for the No. 1 seed.
The two teams have a long rivilary as Mahomes and the Chiefs have eliminated the Bills from the playoffs three of the last four years.
However, in the regular season, the Bills have had the Chiefs numbers, winning the last three matchups.
The Bills will head to the bye in Week 12.
They will face the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football on December 1.
The Chiefs will take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 11.
