ChatBlu launch: Two twenty-year-old founders want inventory to run itself

ChatBlu says e-commerce should feel lighter. The company, led by twenty-year-old founders Kristian Lukauskis of Miami and Alexander Dillon of London, has raised 500,000 dollars in pre-seed funding to launch what it calls the first autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) inventory management agent for multi-platform sellers.

The product will connect to Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce.

Retailers lose an estimated 1.8 trillion dollars each year* due to overstocking and stockouts. Many sellers still update listings by hand across different storefronts, which drains time and invites mistakes.

ChatBlu promises a simpler pattern. A store owner types a plain instruction, the agent carries out the work across every connected channel, and the confirmation lands moments later.

What The Launch Delivers

The agent sits under the surface. A seller writes, make all winter jackets 20 percent off, and the system applies the change across platforms without extra clicks. Price changes, discount windows, and product text updates move together, so one decision produces a unified result across a catalogue.

A single point of control can cut lag between storefronts. That matters when promotions start at noon and buyers swarm an item by evening. The same command approach covers stock visibility, so counts update in step across each marketplace, which helps prevent overselling or dead stock.

Early internal testing at ChatBlu suggests conversion rates may improve by up to 20 percent through product listing optimization alone. That claim will face public scrutiny at launch, yet the math behind it is clear. Faster updates, cleaner listings, and aligned stock tend to lift the chance that a shopper completes checkout.

The People And Partners Behind It

Lukauskis grew up in Florida and built several online ventures before twenty. Dillon studied at Loughborough University and focuses on product strategy, partnerships, and press. Their technical leader is Chief Technology Officer Sairam Vangapally, age thirty-two, who worked on data systems at Amazon and Shutterfly. The wider team includes practitioners with backgrounds at Apple, Meta, Adidas, and Xbox.

Genoa Entrepreneurship School helped the founders turn a concept into a plan. The company sits within the 2024 to 2025 cohort, which is known for backing student teams that raise capital without pausing their studies. Mentors from Sequoia, Apple, and Tesla offered feedback during the build, which sharpened the pitch and the feature set.

Investors took notice once the plan felt durable. Matador VC led the 500,000 dollar pre seed round, and angels linked to Google and Amazon Web Services joined. ‘Store owners should speak in plain language and see the outcome appear across every storefront,’ says Lukauskis. ‘Inventory work belongs in the background so founders can focus on products and customers.’

Why Merchants Care Right Now

Time is a rare resource for any small team. When a founder moves a price in one place and repeats the change three more times, energy leaks away. ChatBlu says the agent will accept a natural language instruction, carry out the work, and send a record of what changed. That pattern removes repeated edits and lowers the chance of errors that hide revenue.

The launch begins in English-speaking markets and expands into Hispanic regions over the following year. That path matches the founders’ goal shared earlier in our work together. They want any shop owner, regardless of background or training, to hand inventory work to the agent and put more hours into growth, branding, and product.

Real stores care about outcomes, not slogans. If a fashion label can run a weekend promotion across platforms with one instruction, the team saves hours and avoids missed markdowns. If a seasonal merchant can adjust prices after a warm spell and see updates land everywhere, dead stock shrinks and cash returns faster. ‘You say what you want, the agent carries it out, and your attention returns to building the business,’ says Dillon.
