Gemini scanned the Instagram feeds of top London cafes, flagged what was working, and suggested timing my new look with the next South London food festival for maximum buzz.
ChatGPT wrote new signage, menus, and social copy – British, fun, and on-brand
ChatGPT rewrote every bit of messaging:

I gave it this prompt for the website:
“Rewrite my About page in a warm, story-driven tone. Emphasise our South London roots, community focus, and fresh start.”

Gemini and Claude turned feedback into quick wins
I pasted two weeks of Google reviews and Instagram comments into Gemini:

Gemini found:

- Locals wanted to see more stories about the shop’s history
- Tourists appreciated the “hidden gem” vibe, but some wanted longer hours
Claude, with its natural tone, rewrote our reply templates and thank-you cards:
“Thanks for noticing our new look! We love being part of the neighbourhood and hope you’ll help shape our next chapter.”
Within days, review scores ticked up, and returning customers brought friends to “see what’s changed.”
