Vivo is all set to launch its next smartphone in India dubbed Vivo V50 Elite Edition. The brand has confirmed the launch via its official X account. The upcoming smartphone will be the third one in the existing V50 series. The series includes Vivo V50 and Vivo V50e that are already available in Indian market. It is expected that the upcoming phone might come with new and different design, but could retain same features like Vivo V50 model.

Vivo confirmed via its X handle that it will launch the Vivo V50 Elite Edition on 15 May 2025. The smartphone will be unveiled at 12PM.

Vivo V50 Elite Edition is expected to feature a 50 MP main camera, 50 MP telephoto, and 50 MP front camera. However, nothing has been confirmed by the brand, but we could expect the specifications to be somewhat same to Vivo V50. The camera system could include lens from ZEISS-brand.

To power the smartphone, the company might include 6,000 mAh battery along with 90 W charger in the box. Talking about the display, the Vivo V50 Elite Edition might come with a 6.77-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display along with 120Hz refresh rate.
Vivo V50 Elite Edition is speculated to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. To recall, the Vivo V50e is powered by the Dimensity 7300 chipset.
Vivo V50 Elite Edition Expected Price in India:
To recall, Vivo V50 is available in three storage variants including 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage which is priced at Rs 34,999. Then comes the second variant of 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage, priced at Rs 36,999. The high-end variant of 12GB RAM, 512GB Storage is available at Rs 40,999 in India.
The price of the upcoming Vivo V50 Elite Edition might be somewhere near to the price of the Vivo V50.
