Amazfit has officially confirmed that it will launch the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch in India on April 22. The watch was first unveiled at CES 2024, followed by its release in the US and Europe. Now, Indian customers are set to get the same model with no changes to its specifications.
Features and Specifications
The Amazfit Active 2 sports a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 466×466 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 2000 nits peak brightness. The premium variant also gets sapphire glass protection, while both models come with a stainless-steel frame. The standard version weighs 29.5g, and the premium variant is slightly heavier at 31.65g.
Under the hood, the smartwatch runs Zepp OS 4.5 and comes with Zepp Flow voice control support. It connects via Bluetooth 5.2 and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. It also features a built-in mic and speaker for Bluetooth calling, along with Amazon Alexa integration.
The watch supports over 160 workout modes, which is a treat for fitness enthusiasts, and can auto-detect 25 strength exercises and 8 sports movements. Additionally, it enhances the experience with advanced fitness tools like Zepp Coach, Track Run mode, virtual pacer, trajectory correction, and race prediction.
On the health tracking side, the Active 2 offers 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, stress level detection, and a readiness score. The smartwatch also features basic apps like to-do lists, calendar sync, call and app notifications, music and camera control, and even sedentary alerts.

The watch is 5ATM water-resistant and packs a 270mAh battery. You can expect up to 10 days of battery life on regular usage, and up to 19 days in battery saver mode.
The Amazfit Active 2 will be available on Amazon India, and while pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, we’ll know more during the official launch.
