NVIDIA just dropped some big announcements at Computex 2025. DLSS 4.0 is now officially the fastest-adopted gaming technology in the company’s history. Since its debut in January 2025 with just 75 supported titles, that number has now climbed past 125. This includes AAA games, indie hits, and creator apps. In addition, NVIDIA also revealed global pricing and availability for its GeForce RTX 5060 GPUs, both desktop and laptop variants.
DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) uses AI to upscale lower-resolution frames into high-quality visuals. The fourth-generation DLSS, launched with the RTX 50-series which brings a game-changing feature called Multi-Frame Generation (MFG). It can generate up to three AI-based frames for every one traditional frame, which leads to performance boosts of up to 8 times.
Even older RTX GPU (20, 30, or 40-series) cards still benefit from Ray Reconstruction, which delivers more stable and lifelike visuals in ray-traced and path-traced games.

NVIDIA also announced its powerful mid-range GPU, the GeForce RTX 5060. The RTX 5060 desktop GPUs start at $299 (approx. Rs 26,000) and are available from brands like ASUS, MSI, ZOTAC, GIGABYTE, PNY, and more. NVIDIA claims up to 2x faster performance than the RTX 4060, especially when paired with DLSS 4 and its MFG capabilities. On the laptop side, the RTX 5060 laptop GPUs start at $1099 (approx. Rs 94,009). We can expect to see them in ultra-slim machines from all major laptop companies. They feature NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell architecture, DLSS 4 support, and energy-efficient Max-Q tech, making them ideal for those who need portability but don’t want to compromise on performance.
