China’s auto production and sales topped 31 million vehicles in the first eleven months of the year, rising more than 10% from a year earlier, data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers showed. November output exceeded 3.5 million units for the first time, marking a record monthly high. New energy vehicle (NEV) production and sales reached nearly 15 million units over the January–November period, up more than 30% year-on-year.
