Observability platform company Coralogix Ltd. today unveiled Coralogix MCP Server, a Model Context Protocol offering that allows third-party artificial intelligence agents to connect directly to Coralogix’s observability data.
That includes logs, metrics, traces, security information and event management, and real user monitoring, across production, staging and other environments. The new MCP Server has been designed to allow Coralogix’s customers to enhance their AI agents with access to detailed observability data, dramatically reducing mean time to resolution, streamlining agent workflows and minimizing engineering overhead.
MCP, an open standard developed by Anthropic PBC, provides a simple way to connect tools, data and services to AI models and systems. With Coralogix’s MCP Server, AI agents can directly access detailed information about a customer’s applications and infrastructure to train AI agents by enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness.
The offering is focused on addressing the issue wherein agents generally lack direct access to specific observability data, limiting the AI’s utility for this purpose. Coralogix’s MCP Server differs with an ability to surface observability data that is highly specific to each customer.
The server can search through data to find custom attributes and entities that reflect the customer’s unique setup, leading to more accurate results when AI agents access logs, metrics and traces. Additionally, Coralogix customers can use natural language prompts to locate key metrics or events.
Coralogix MCP Server also integrates with tools developers already use, such as the code editor Cursor or integrated development environments, allowing the AI agents to not only detect issues in real time but also assist in diagnosing and resolving them all within the same workflow.
“Adding the MCP server to our current AI capabilities will enable teams to create custom AI-driven observability experiences,” said Liran Hason, vice president of AI at Coralogix. “Now, our customers can easily equip their AI agents with direct access to production observability data.
Coralogix was previously in the news earlier this month when it announced a new strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services Inc. to advance AI-powered observability and security. Under the collaboration, Coralogix and AWS will create and deliver solutions that leverage Amazon Bedrock to offer comprehensive advance monitoring.
Coralogix is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $350 million over seven rounds, including a round of $115 million in June. Investors in the company include Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, NextEquity, Advent International Corp., Brighton Park Capital Management, Revaia Management AB, Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners Pte. Ltd., O.G. Tech Ventures, StageOne Ventures Ltd., Joule Capital Partners and Maor Investments Ltd.
