Crayona company specialized in IT services, has updated its Cloud-iQ platform so that its users have more facilities and functions when acquiring, managing and optimizing cloud services from providers such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud or Adobe.

The new version of the Crayon platform will serve as a default interface for all Crayon customers and partners globally, and is designed to bring simplicity, intelligence and cost control to the management and licensing of cloud services.

With the new functions, companies and partners will achieve improvements in productivity and cost transparency. Its improved invoicing engine offers clearer, more accurate invoices, as well as multi-currency support. In terms of advanced automation, it simplifies subscription management in hybrid and multicloud environments.

Crayon Cloud-iQ also has, with this new version, improvements in integration. Thus, it is fully integrated with Microsoft Marketplace, allowing its users to discover, purchase and manage different solutions present there. Existing Crayon Cloud -iQ users can now migrate to the new version, which is available with no increase in total cost of ownership. In addition, they will have more complete access to data.

Gudmundur Adalsteinsson, Director of Partners and Sales at SoftwareOnea company that has recently merged with Crayonhighlighted that Cloud-iQ represents the company’s vision of the future of commerce in the cloud, and that «By integrating all partners and customers into a next-generation intelligent interface, Crayon is redefining the way cloud services are acquired, managed and optimized. We now offer more detailed information, a broader supplier portfolio and global regulatory compliance at a level our competitors cannot match.«.

As to Larrie Clark, CTO of SoftwareOnehighlighted that his company created Cloud-iQ «taking into account the needs of our clients and partners. We knew that, for example, spending forecasting and prediction was key for them, so we incorporated a predictive cost optimization section and real-time usage intelligence«.
