NFL fans have spotted Dan Quinn’s strange pregame routine ahead of the NFC Championship Game.
The Washington Commanders are prepping to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship game.
Both teams will need to be on their A games for the championship matchup, and that includes the coaches.
Commanders coach Dan Quinn made sure he was warmed up by running up and down the stairs at Lincoln Financial Field.
He concluded the warmup by taking a seat at the top of the stands to catch his breath.
After sitting for a bit, Quinn took out his phone and snapped a picture of the stadium for good measure.
NFL fans loved to see the coach getting some warmup reps in and they shared their thoughts on social media.
“Dan Quinn wants to feel like Rocky Balboa before a big game in Philly,” one fan said.
“Going to be a good game,” another fan said.
“Let’s go coach!!!!!” a third fan said.
“Commanders by a million,” a fourth fan said.
“Bro is already analyzing everything he can do to win,” a fifth fan said.
The Commanders could make history if they take down the Eagles to make it to the Super Bowl.
A rookie quarterback has never played in the Super Bowl, and Jayden Daniels could become the first.
Daniels is locked in for the championship game and his team has his back.
“He’s locked in from the start of Quarter 1 to the end of Quarter 4,” wide receiver Terry McLaurin said.
“He stays as even-keeled a player I’ve ever been around. To have that demeanor as a rookie and then as a rookie quarterback, that’s one of the things that makes him so unique.

“We’ve played in some of the most hostile environments, playing in some of the biggest stages, and he’s treating it the same every week. I love that about him. That permeates throughout our team.
“There’s a reason I feel he has a chance to be a really great player in the league.”
Daniels doesn’t play like a rookie, and he isn’t going to let the hostile Philadelphia environment get to him.
“I don’t really try to pay attention to the unnecessary things as far as the crowd and stuff like that,” Daniels said.
“They’re there obviously to pump up their team, cheer for their team, talk trash.
“If you get caught up in that, at that point they got what they want.”
