Darktrace shakes up leadership with new senior appointments – UKTN

Cybersecurity group Darktrace has announced two changes to its senior leadership team with the appointment of a new chief financial officer and chief revenue officer.

Suman Raju will join the Cambridge-headquartered firm as its finance chief, having previously CFO positions at spend management software company Ivalua, product discovery software group Crownpeak and digital economy business SAP Ariba.

Raju has succeeded Cathy Graham, who joined as Darktrace’s finance chief in 2020, having left the role in September.

“We have tremendous opportunity ahead, and I look forward to helping us build the strong foundations that will support our next stage of sustainable growth in the US and across our global markets.”

Hein Hellemons will also join Darktrace as its chief revenue officer, taking over from Denise Walter, who stepped down as CRO following the sale of the company to US private equity firm Thoma Bravo.

Hellemons most recently served as CRO for KnowBe4, a cybersecurity firm from Florida where he spent over two years. He held the same title at SecurityScorecard previously, of which he was also president and as held senior roles at both Amazon Web Services and Microsoft.
