The outrage was seen on X, after McDonald’s posted an advertisement for their food.

The chain posted a tweet which read: “Want anything from McDonald’s?”

But this prompted a furious diner to reply in to their post.

They said: “Nope you guys are theives!

“I had 2 app orders cancelled by your employees and NEVER received my refund BOTH TIMES!!

“I keep getting ignored it’s been over a year!”

The angry McDonald’s customer even threatened to take legal action, saying: “Time for a lawyer I guess.”

The post received over 5,000 views.

McDonald’s store rolls out policy that bans certain diners – even adults will be barred unless they comply with 2 checks-

The fast-food icon replied to the disappointed diner’s tweet in order to try and resolve the issue.

They said via social media: “This shouldn’t have happened.

“Share your contact info, app email address and snapshot of your order receipt via DM so we can look into this.”

But the disgruntled social media user was not satisfied with their response.

They replied: “It’s already been over a year!

“How am I supposed to find that info??!!!!”

The fiery exchange between McDonald’s and the angry diner took place on April 16.

It comes after a McDonald’s customer noticed an unusual sign posted outside a local store.

The fast food restaurant had set a limit on sauce – and customers were unhappy to say the least.

A customer took to social media to expose the unconventional practice.
