A MICROWAVE cleaner is selling out fast at Dollar Tree this month for $1.25.
The dupe is nearly identical to an item on Amazon, but customers who opt for the discount chain’s version would save more money.

It was highlighted in a recent Facebook reel from The Deal Guy, who frequently features the best offerings at Dollar Tree.
The influencer noted in the video he was “very surprised to see” Dollar Tree’s Microwave Cleaner on shelves in April.
“This product may look familiar to you, as it seems to be a replica of the highly-rated Angry Mama Microwave Cleaner…” he added.
Amazon’s Angry Mama Microwave Cleaner is slightly larger and costs around $8.49.
The Deal Guy placed each option next to the other in the reel to show the differences.
While each Angry Mama wore the same pink hairdo, the Dollar Tree version had a shorter green body as opposed to the blue on the Amazon alternative.
Still, size didn’t seem to matter, according to The Deal Guy.
“Based on my test, the Dollar Tree dupe is just as effective,” he told shoppers.
FUN AND FUNCTIONAL
Each Angry Mama Microwave Cleaner serves as a steamer, and the hairdo tops can be removed to add water and vinegar.
After twisting the tops back on and locking them in place, consumers place the cleaner in the microwave for about five to eight minutes.
The steam cleans all the dirt and grime off the inside of the microwave.
After the timer goes off, the Angry Mama Microwave Cleaner must sit for about two minutes before being removed.
Customers can then use excess liquid on a sponge or paper towel to wipe away what’s left.
SEAL OF APPROVAL
Whether from Dollar Tree or Amazon, many who bought the item have raved about its ability to help them clean a microwave in minutes.
Dollar Tree dupes

Savvy shoppers have scoured Dollar Tree to find dupes of their favorite products
“Great tool for easy cleaning of microwave. Very cute,” a reviewer wrote about the Amazon version.
“I was pleasantly surprised. This really works!!!” another exclaimed.
“Cleans the microwave efficiently. Now it is easy to clean,” a third echoed.
Deciding between the Dollar Tree or Amazon version will ultimately come down to shoppers’ budgets and personal preferences.
Choosing the Dollar Tree option would still be a quick way to save over $7.
Several other items at the discount retailer have caught attention recently.
For example, a $1.25 sponge was hailed by Dollar Tree customers for its effectiveness during DIY projects.
A viral $1.25 makeup dupe also made waves, as it was nearly the same as a $20 Sephora offering.
