Domain’s advisers are getting cracking on the divestment of the property listings platform’s agent workflow software platforms – the first major M&A move since American real estate giant CoStar took the keys last year.
The carve-out of five assets was announced last week as part of CoStar’s strategy to simplify the business and focus on the core property platforms. The Nasdaq-listed group finalised its $3 billion acquisition of Domain in August.
