Dell Technologies has revamped the Dell AI Data Platform with NVIDIAwith which companies can activate and identify their enterprise data, while offering external storage performance to power AI applications and autonomous agents.
With this, Dell and NVIDIA take care of streamlining data, as well as collecting and organizing it for ease of use. As a core component of Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, Dell AI Data Platform with NVIDIA enables enterprise data for AI, while maintaining its security, governance, and performance at scale.
Users will experience faster vector indexing and data processing, as well as less time to first token, than with conventional computing systems. Additionally, Dell data engines, accelerated by NVIDIA AI infrastructure, automate the entire data lifecycle for AI and reduce data preparation time, while maintaining enterprise governance.
He Dell Data Orchestration Engine redefines the way companies operate with data for AI. This no-code or low-code engine orchestrates the AI data lifecycle. To do this, it automatically discovers, labels, enriches and transforms structured, unstructured and multimodal data into governed data sets ready for large-scale AI.
By combining automated workflows with active learning and human intervention, organizations can continuously improve the quality of data sets and the accuracy of models, without losing control or governance. This engine’s Marketplace also allows organizations to deploy production-ready data workflows without having to build them from scratch. All thanks to a curated library of NVIDIA NIM microservices, NVIDIA AI Blueprints, and over 200 additional models, apps, and templates.
Additionally, Dell supports the NVIDIA AI-Q blueprint in production environments, allowing companies to create customizable AI agents capable of delivering insights that can be used for decision-making. NVIDIA-accelerated data engine integrations in Dell AI Data Platform enable high-performance data preparation, retrieval, and reasoning pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Customers will also have access to a library of pre-configured NVIDIA bluleprints and NIMs, along with the NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super model on the Dell Enterprise Hub in Hugging Face.
Dell will also add support for the NVIDIA STX modular reference design, powered by NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72, BlueField-4 DPUs and NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking, which accelerate the way enterprises manage, process and retrieve data for AI.
Inside Dell Data Analytics EngineFurthermore, it is AI Assistantwhich brings a natural language conversational interface directly into SQL analyses. Business users can query, visualize, and collaborate on data products governed by a common semantic understanding of key metrics without knowledge of SQL.
This democratizes access to data, speeds up decision-making, and enables deeper data to be obtained faster. It is especially critical in the case of deploying AI agents that need to access structured data.
Within Dell’s AI data platform with NVIDIA, the entry of the RTX PRO Blackwell Server Edition GPUs will bring acceleration to the data platform layer. NVIDIA Cuda-X accelerated libraries, including NVIDIA cuDF for processing structured data and NVIDIA cuVS for vector indexing and searching applied to unstructured data, work with Dell data engines and optimized infrastructure to deliver faster SQL queries and vector indexing. These improvements lead to more agile AI applications and more cost efficiencies in infrastructure.
As to Dell Lightning File Sistemis a file system that offers high performance density for AI training and inference environments with up to 150 GB per second per rack. Its network architecture, specifically designed with direct access to storage, prevents slowdowns and keeps GPUs fully utilized even at large scale. Lightning FS integrates into NVIDIA-based AI infrastructures, keeping training and inference workloads up and running.
Dell Exascale Storage is a 3-in-1 storage designed for extreme-scale AI and HPC10 that offers deployment flexibility for Dell storage software, whether file system, object or parallel file system; on the latest Dell PowerEdge servers.
Customers can allocate Dell PowerScale, ObjectScale and/or Lightning File System storage resources on a common hardware platform. It is compatible with NVIDIA CX-8 and CX-9 SuperNICs and has planned network connectivity of up to 800 GbE. All of this allows Exascale to deliver read performance of up to 6 TB per second per rack.
He soporte para NVIDIA CMX Context Memory Storage (CMX) and inference acceleration with KV Cache on storage shared between Dell PowerScale, ObjectScale and Lightninh File system allows KV cache to be offloaded from GPU memory to CMX Storage, and have high-speed shared network storage based on performance needs. This improves the use of GPUs for long-context AI and agentic AI workloads.
