Unveiled in August 2023 during Gamescom, Little Nightmares 3 came from afar. After the acquisition of Tarsier Studios by Embracer, the series it is should continue and the second opus was to be the last game of the saga. Finally, Bandai Namco obtained the rights and intends to continue the saga, without Tarsier. This is the Supermassive Games studio (Until Dawn, The Quarry…) who will have the privilege of developing this sequel which is illustrated today in a new trailer.

Little Nightmares 3 will plunge us once again into a dark and dark adventure alongside two new characters: Low and Alone. It’s about two children who seek to leave Nowhere, a terrifying place full of dangers. Stuck in the Spiral, a set of nightmarish places, the two friends must cooperate to survive in this world of a thousand dangers and escape the sinister threats that lurk in the darkness.
For the first time in the franchise, Little Nightmares 3 will allow players to play solo with an AI-controlled companion or in two-player online co-op mode. In this new trailer, we have the opportunity to follow Low and Alone in the dark Candy Factory, where workers work day and night to produce mountains of sweets under the icy gaze of the Supervisor.
Of course, the further the two children progress through the aisles of the factory, the more they feel observed. To escape this sugary nightmare, Low and Alone will have to act hand in hand. Little Nightmares 3 will propose several levels like thiswith many enemies and bosses that you will have to face and defeat.
The game is expected for 2025, without further details on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. See you soon for more information.
