FortroEuropean industrial software provider, has bought the Spanish technology Inologicaldedicated to the development of business management software. It has its headquarters in Barcelona and offers tools in the expense management cloud, time control and ERP to companies of all sizes of the middle-high market of southern Europe.
Among the tools developed by INNOLOGY is Tickelia, a cloud expense management solution and has more than 250,000 users in Spain, Portugal, Colombia and Mexico. Also Nubhora, a cloud application of time management, presence and accesses; and Marino ERP, an ERP solution of comprehensive management.
These and other applications will join the software portfolio for foam companies, and in addition, they will be offered through the Cloud Unified Forterro platform, MyForterro. INOLOGY will continue to function from its offices in Spain, Colombia, Mexico and Portugal. Its more than 170 employees will join the Forterro template, which will also see its customer base with the around 1,500 that has an inology.
Its founder, Jaume Llonch, will leave the company after a transition period, while the company’s current general director, Oscar Llonch, will continue as a general director at the head of the new business line of Inology products.
This operation is the Fifth of Forterro in 2025, after buying the Danish of Targit Business Intelligence, the Software Suppliers for Orgadata and BM Group windows, and the Austrian Griesser EDV.
