2025 was a big year for teams using Gain. Over the course of the year, 1.75 million social media posts were created in Gain, marking a 10% increase compared to 2024. More content, more clients, and smoother workflows all around.
Along the way:
- 755,000 posts moved through content approval workflows
- Average approval time was just 23 minutes, helping teams move from draft to approval in minutes instead of days of follow-ups and email back-and-forth
- October took the crown as the busiest month, with 73,000 posts created

Many of this year’s milestones were powered by features you asked for. In 2025, we focused on removing friction from content approvals, collaboration, and content management so you could move faster without losing control.
Here are the 5 biggest updates we shipped this year:
- Clients can connect and reconnect their own social channels: With this highly requested update, your clients can connect their own social channels, ending login headaches, security concerns, and allowing you to spend more time creating and publishing. Plus, we redesigned roles to clearly separate internal teams and external clients, while allowing both to take part in approvals in a way that matches real-world workflows.
- Mixed media posts and Instagram grid previews for clients: You can now combine photos and videos in a single post and give clients full Instagram grid previews during approvals for better context and faster sign-off.
- An improved Canva integration: Send videos from Canva to Gain, track approval status without leaving Canva, and push updated designs directly back into Gain.
- Bulk date changes: Update the publish date of multiple posts at once to easily reschedule campaigns or move content to a new date in just a few clicks.
- Search by keyword and content ID: Use new filters to quickly find content by keyword or search for a specific post using its unique content ID.
Launched a New Referral Program 💰
You’ve been spreading the word about Gain for years, so in 2025, we made sure you get rewarded for it.
We launched a new referral program that lets you share Gain using your personal invite link. Your friends and colleagues can get 50% off their first three months, and you can earn 10% of their subscription revenue for the lifetime of their account, up to $5,000. A win for them, and a thank-you from us.
