Google is bringing a new audio-only feature called Huddles for Google Chat. The latest feature of the same will be powered by Google Meet. With the feature, users can have an information conversation through audio without video.
In an official blog post shared by Google, the company mentioned that Google Meet’s Huddles will the users to start an audio-first meeting which will be a real-time collaboration between the users. After starting the huddle, the users can resize or drag the windows, add video, and even share screens for a full-fledged meeting experience.
Now, the feature is going to be really helpful for all the hybrid workers and it also eliminates the need for lengthy discussions over the mail that can be solved over a call. In addition, huddles also come with multi-taking support in Chat.
