In a push to grow corporate clientele for its Artificial Intelligence offerings, Google on Thursday launched Gemini Enterprise, a new platform designed for business customers, Reuters reports.

Gemini Enterprise is built on Google’s most advanced AI models and lets employees interact directly with their company’s data, documents, and applications with plain text. The search giants shared that it will also allow companies to build and deploy custom agents of their own.

Google isn’t the only big AI player eyeing corporate wallets. Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic are all aggressively targeting enterprise AI, as individual users cannot, at this time, offer adequate returns on their hefty AI investments.

This move builds on Google’s existing AI integrations in its business suite (Google Workspace), which already incorporate Gemini-powered features.

Some early customers of Google’s latest AI tool include Gap, Figma, and Klarna.
