Get ready to see new Pixel devices next month. Google plans on a holding event on August 20th to introduce its latest hardware products.
On Wednesday, the company sent out invites to journalists, announcing the “Made by Google” event, which will start 1pm EST. “You’re invited to an in-person Made by Google show where we’ll introduce the latest additions to our Pixel portfolio of devices,” the company wrote.
This time, the event will be held in New York City when last year’s Pixel launch occurred in Mountain View, California, at the company’s headquarters.
The invite doesn’t say much else. But we expect Google to introduce new Pixel 10 phones, including the rumored Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The company also appears to be working on a new Pixel Watch 4.
Information about the devices has already been leaking, including possible pricing. Based on the rumors, the Pixel 10 phones will at least look very similar to the ninth generation models. But the company is expected to upgrade the hardware with a faster Tensor 5 chip and better cameras.

Meanwhile, another leak from Android Authority claims the Pixel Watch 4 will retain the same processor as the previous generation, but feature a slightly larger battery.
Although August 20th’s event will focus on hardware, we wouldn’t be surprised if Google also showcased the various AI-powered features it’s been baking into the Pixel devices. The company has been building up its Gemini chatbot to take on OpenAI’s ChatGPT while also integrating AI into Google Search. Stay tuned for our coverage.
