Yes, you read that right. After removing the shipper from smartphones for ecological reasons, USB-C cables may well be the nextbut not for the reasons that we all imagine. This time, it is not Apple and its iPhone that launches this new movement from which everyone will suffer, but strangely a manufacturer whose sales of smartphones have never really taken off, all the less at the moment.

Sony is launching a new movement?

Some models of Xperia smartphones have redefined the characteristics of the smartphone medium. This time, Sony makes a decision that may make the next smartphones buyers scream. A reddler has just had the unpleasant surprise by buying a Sony Xperia 10 VII to see the absence of a charging cable in the box of this. Yes, not giving a USB-C cable will probably have good consequences with regard to the drop in electronic waste. However, if the manufacturers all start to no longer provide the recharging cables, consumers will have to be purchased. There is a good chance that here the big winners will be on the side of the companies selling smartphones which will no longer have to assume the cost, Without revising smartphones prices for all that.

The argument explaining that the USB-C standard has been present for 10 years now has been eligible. Most of us have now accumulated a large amount of cables. However, this does not take into account thea specification of USB type C cables that have changed over time. Some have sufficient power to use the rapid load of a smartphone or a smartphone, when others are restrained. Apple also explores the withdrawal of USB cables, which has decided to remove them from the latest Airpods bundles. We all know that what the Cupertino firm does, the other manufacturers follow. Suffice to say that we will have to get used to going on cable in the next tech products to come.
