Honor kicks off IPO process

According to information published by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Chinese smartphone brand Honor has filed for IPO counseling, with CITIC Securities serving as its advisor. Based on the filing, the company is scheduled to complete its counseling phase between January and March 2026. This year, Honor has accelerated its AI strategy by launching the “Alpha Strategy” and committing to invest over $10 billion over the next five years.
