In 2025, I launched an ebook line that now does about $1,000 a month and it’s scalable. I already had an audience that wanted what I teach, so the first sale came on day one.

Why Ebooks Fit My System
Ebooks bridge the gap between free content and coaching. Viewers who aren’t ready to join my coaching program will spend $27 to go deeper. Many of those buyers later become coaching clients. That’s the funnel.
What To Write
Start with what you’re already teaching. I build books around topics my audience is asking for: YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer, blogging, and beginner-friendly monetization. You can do the same with hobbies, crafts, cooking, or life transitions. If you’ve solved a problem, there’s an ebook in it.
How I Create Each Book
I outline while walking, using voice inside ChatGPT to capture my thoughts quickly. I’m the author; AI is my planner and editor. I speak the intro or a chapter, then have it cleaned up in my tone. After each section, I ask, “What’s missing?” and fill the gaps with stories, examples, or steps. That keeps it tight and useful for beginners or for a specific strategy niche.
Formatting And Design
I draft in Pages or Word, then export as a PDF. For covers and supporting graphics, I use Ideogram to generate clean, on-brand artwork in minutes. If you prefer Canva’s drag-and-drop layouts, use it—but don’t let pretty delay publishing. Ship the first version, then refresh winners later with a nicer design.
Pricing That Converts
I price most ebooks at $27. It’s an easy yes without devaluing the content. Too low signals “throwaway.” Too high slows testing. Ship, learn, iterate.
Where I Sell
My product hub is Stan Store. I upload the PDF, set the price, and it handles checkout, delivery, lead magnets, coaching offers, and simple bundles. It also integrates with my email.
For YouTube’s shopping shelf, I list ebooks on Fourthwall (a YouTube-approved store) so products appear under my videos. That reduces friction compared to only linking in the description. Use whatever approved storefront you prefer; the key is getting your product visible on the watch page.
Traffic And Sales
YouTube does most of the heavy lifting. I film a tutorial, reference the relevant ebook, and add the product to the shopping shelf. Pinterest and blogging add steady discovery—tutorial posts and Idea Pins point to the same ebook. Repurpose everything.
Email And Follow-Up
Buyers go straight into MailerLite for delivery, onboarding, and upsells. Simple automations tag purchasers and send the next logical offer. Keep it clean: one product, one automation, one clear next step.
What This Builds
A $27 ebook creates revenue, qualifies buyers, and feeds your coaching pipeline. It leverages content you’re already making and compounds with every video, blog post, and pin you publish.
