This website contains affiliate links. Some products are gifted by the brand. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. The content on this website was created with the help of AI.

While I share money-making strategies, nothing is “typical”, and outcomes are based on each individual. There are no guarantees.

I made $15,432 last month from affiliate marketing alone. That’s not my entire income, but it’s enough that I could live off it if I wanted to. No ads. No employees. No shipping. Just freedom.

Here’s the full breakdown of how I run a six-figure affiliate business:

1. What Affiliate Marketing Really Is
Affiliate marketing is when you promote products or software you don’t own and earn a commission every time someone buys through your link. That could be a curling iron, a cat tree, or a piece of software like Airtable. You don’t deal with customers, inventory, or support — you just create content and drop your links.

2. Amazon vs. Software
Amazon is fun because you can earn a commission even if people buy something totally different than the product you linked. I’ve woken up to commissions on $300 grocery orders just because someone clicked my link the night before. The downside? Commissions are low, usually 1–4%.
Software is where the big money comes in. When someone subscribes through your affiliate link, you can earn recurring commissions month after month. Last year, I earned nearly $100K in software commissions alone.

3. Building Affiliate Into Your Day
I don’t set aside hours for unboxing or endless reviews. I integrate affiliate content into my daily flow:

  • When I work on my computer, I record a video teaching a software I use.
  • When I make breakfast in my Hexclad pan, I film it and share the link.
  • When I put on my Hoka sneakers, I snap a quick mirror shot and post it.
  • When my cats climb their Mun cat tree, I record it and drop the link.

This way, affiliate marketing is natural — not forced. Every product I actually use becomes a piece of content.

4. Platforms I Leverage

  • Pinterest: I write a blog (like “10 Ways to Style a Vintage Living Room”), link products, and drive traffic with pins.
  • YouTube: I teach strategies and show how I use different tools, always with affiliate links in the description.
  • TikTok Shop & LTK: I share quick outfit or lifestyle clips and tag products for instant shopping.
  • Amazon Influencer: I upload short reviews of products I already own.

Each platform has a role, and together they compound over time.

5. Income Streams That Stack
This year, I’ve already earned $161,679 from affiliate marketing:

  • $98,000 from software
  • $63,000 from Amazon, TikTok Shop, and LTK

That doesn’t include my ebooks or coaching — that’s purely affiliate marketing. And it works because I keep creating small, consistent pieces of content that drive clicks.

6. Why This Works
Affiliate marketing scales because you’re not limited by your time. A video I made last year is still selling Cozy Earth sheets today. A blog post I wrote in 2022 is still driving Pinterest traffic. A tutorial on a software tool I love keeps paying me every single month as long as that subscriber stays active.

7. My Daily Routine

  • Morning coffee: 90 minutes creating a blog, video, or pin.
  • Afternoon: quick edits, publishing, coaching calls.
  • Throughout the day: capture moments with products I already use.

I finish by 2–3pm and the rest of the day is mine. That’s freedom.
