To save a draft on Instagram, open the Instagram app, start a new post, Instagram Reel, or new Story, and pick a photo or video from your phone’s library or camera roll.
Edit the post, add effects, or tag people, then tap the back arrow in the top left corner. When asked, choose save draft instead of discard posts.
