The traditional curtain call for international rugby union’s calendar, the 2025 Autumn Nations Series sees the planet’s best teams head to the northern hemisphere for five weekends of action.

Here we’re explaining how you can watch 2025 Autumn Nations Series rugby live streams from anywhere in the world with a VPN and potentially for FREE.

Joe Schmidt’s rejuvenated Australia kick things off on Saturday with a visit to Twickenham, where they won a humdinger over England this time last year. Then Scotland entertain the USA at Murrayfield. For many rugby fans, though, they serve only as an appetizer for the huge clash between Ireland and New Zealand taking place in Chicago.

South Africa head into November as the no.1 ranked nation in the world, having sealed back-to-back Rugby Championship titles earlier in the year. They have a busy month with four games, starting with their much-anticipated clash with France on the second weekend.

With Wales, Italy, Japan, Fiji, Argentina, Chile and Tonga all in action, too, check out the full November fixture list below and read on for your TV and streaming details to watch 2025 Autumn Nations Series rugby from anywhere — starting with FREE options.

FREE Autumn Nations Series 2025 live streams

For the most part, games are hidden behind paywalls around the world. But there are a few exceptions where you can watch FREE Autumn Nations Series 2025 live streams.

For example, all of Ireland’s games are being shown for FREE in Ireland. Their first game against New Zealand will be shown on Virgin Media Play, while the remaining three fixtures will show on the RTÉ Player.

Looking to live stream Wales’s games? They’ll go out on the free-to-air S4C with Welsh commentary at home, meaning they’ll also be available to stream online through S4C Clic and the BBC iPlayer.

And in France, the free-to-stream TF1+ platform will show all of Les Bleus’ games (with French commentary, of course).

Away from Ireland, Wales or France and unable to watch the rugby? You can use a VPN to watch your usual streaming services when traveling overseas. Details below.

How to watch Autumn Nations Series 2025 live streams from anywhere

Away from home at the moment and blocked from watching the rugby on your usual subscription?

You can still watch the 2025 Autumn Nations Series live online thanks to the wonders of a VPN (Virtual Private Network). The software allows your devices to appear to be back in your home country regardless of where in the world you are. So ideal for viewers away on vacation or on business. Our favorite is NordVPN. It’s the best on the market:

Using a VPN is incredibly simple.

1. Install the VPN of your choice. As we’ve said, NordVPN is our favorite.

2. Choose the location you wish to connect to in the VPN app. For instance, if you’re away from Ireland and want to view your usual streaming service, you’d select an Irish server from the list.

3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Head to your usual streaming service and watch the Autumn Nations Series online as if you were back at home.
