HP has brought its Printers for companies specifically designed to withstand quantum cyberbotsprepared for attacks that can reach the short or medium term that use this technology, and that can be able to compromise encrypted communications or digital firms used to guarantee the integrity of firmware and software. They are the models of the HP 8000 series, composed of the models HP Color LaserJet  Enterprise MFP 8801, HP Mono MFP 8601 y HP LaserJet Pro Mono SFP 8501.

To do this, these laser printers, prepared to print even in A3 format, are equipped with postcuantic cryptograph impression.

These solutions with AI for HP printers, in addition, incorporate guided writing, automatic summary of documents and “perfect format” in printing, which ensures professional results without additional human intervention. As for the quantum resilience they have, these printers integrate the new ASIC chips, designed with quantum computing cryptography.

These chips allow the use of digital signatures to protect the integrity of the firmware, in addition to protecting the BIOS and starting firmware from its early stages, which reduces the risk of data leaks.

HP 8000 series printers also have online safety measures with HP Zero Trust print architecture, allowing its safe integration into corporate networks. In addition, they all have the HP Wolf Security system, which is responsible for protection against threats, as well as its detection and automatic recovery of its effects.

Pedro Brito, general director of the HP Iberia printing areahas highlighted about the launch of these printers that have a clear objective: «Transform printing into an engine of innovation, productivity and security. It is not just about printing documents, but about reimagining how technology can help professionals to concentrate on what really matters: generate value. We are advancing towards a new era of collaboration between people and devices, where artificial intelligence and security are key to maximizing human potential and helping companies adapt to an increasingly changing and complex environment«.
