According to the patent, Huawei proposes using a drive motor to adjust the distance between the camera module and the image sensor, aiming to enhance the zoom performance of telephoto lenses while maintaining a slim smartphone design. Over the past five to six years, the size and protrusion of smartphone camera modules have steadily increased, disrupting the early design aesthetic of flush camera lenses.
