With another month to go to the release, ID software gave players an important update about the campaign length for Doom: The Dark Ages. The developer not only revealed many of the new functions of the game, but also detailed how solid the first-person shooter is. Seriously, this game gets fleshy!
‘Doom: The Dark Ages’ has many levels
On April 25, ID Software released the Cosmic Realm First Reveal Trailer, which described a new world for players to explore in Doom: The Dark Ages. However, what immediately caught the interest of fans of the shooter was the accompanying PlayStation blog post, where the developer also revealed how large the campaign of the game is. According to ID software, Doom: The Dark Ages Will have no fewer than 22 levels for players to complete when the game is launched on 15 May.

“We think doom: The Dark Ages is the best doom game we’ve ever made (but that’ll be for you to decide). We cool this everything we had, left no feature unpolished: We have 22 levels of incredible fps single-player combat magbat; Crazy Guns; Yes, you read that well, twenty -two levels! That is a lot of demon who killed.
The developer explained that further Doom: The Dark Ages will have “worlds to explore.” One is the new cosmic empire, which describes ID software as a “Lovecraftian Realm” that is full of “secrets”. However, if you think that demons looked more creepy in the game, it seems that the cosmic empire will have a number of considerably distorted and rotated designs.
Bigger than ‘doom forever’?

Although it is unclear how many worlds will be involved, ID software has revealed that the cosmic empire will be one of the first we encounter in Doom: The Dark Ages. However, the most interesting part of the level is a new weapon that we will get the Reaver chain shot. The club not only looks bad, but it also enables players to shoot a charged shot for long-term Melee attacks. Yes, if someone who loves Melee, I will spam from this.
Although we now know how many levels are in it Doom: The Dark AgesWe do not know technically how long it takes to beat the campaign in terms of ‘hours’. However, we can make a well -trained gamble. 2020s Doom Eternal Had about 13 levels in the main campaign and took about 15 hours to complete (without side quests). So with Doom: The Dark Ages With 22 levels it seems that it can easily be double the length. In theory it can be so high at 30 hours of bells. This is of course pure speculation, because we don’t really know how long the new levels in The dark centuries Are.
Still, Doom: The Dark Ages Sounds like a huge game with different levels to explore. I mean, ID software also seems confident and calls it a “Premium Single-Player” campaign. They even claimed that it was the “best doom game” they once made. Anyway, it seems that fans of the classic first-person shooter franchise have a huge treat, because the developer has taken everything out of the closet for this epic prequel.
