Ikea’s handy incursions into tech continue to catch the eye and we’re here for this trio of quirky and affordable Qi2-compatible wireless device chargers.
The chargers come in a number of handy shapes and sizes, but the most notable in the Vastmarke range is a $25 light-up glass bowl that will charge your phone in the centre, but will also stash easily-lost items like keys, watches and and specs.
The light comes on by pressing the charging puck in the middle, which Ikea says is a nice aid when getting up in the night. In a world of unsightly chargers, this one is a literal shining light.
The bowl can replenish compatible phones at 15W speeds (or 20W with the extra $4 adapter) and sounds handy for a bedside or entryway if you want to stash your phone with your keys, without being mithered by notifications throughout the evening.
Next up is a $10 “happy red donut” that the charging cable can wrap around. It can also be pulled open and used as a grip while you’re charging the phone. Finally, Ikea is offering a vertical stand with a magnetic platform that stashes the phone at an angle for easy viewing.

All three devices are available in the United States and other territories now, although at our end there are some availability issues. All three come with a USB-C charging cable with the adapter sold separately.
