In the Mood for Love? Stream These New Movies and TV Shows for Valentine's Day

Renée Zellweger reprises her role as the awkward and charming Bridget Jones in this fourth movie in the series. A Peacock Original, the film finds her as a widowed mom of two who is testing the waters of dating life after being single for several years. She captures the interest of a younger man (played by Leo Woodall), but will she be able to move on and have time to manage family, work and romance? Stream the rom-com on Feb. 13.

Scott Michael Foster and Janel Parrish star in this Hallmark movie about a pair of co-workers who get to know each other when their company implements a return-to-office policy. Up until they meet, they only knew each other under aliases. Stream on Hallmark’s live channel on Peacock on Feb. 15 or look out for it on-demand the next day.

Part of Hallmark’s Loveuary lineup, Sisterhood, Inc. will be released on Feb. 22 and features Rachael Leigh Cook and Daniella Monet as siblings. When corporate executive Megan (Cook) starts a company board of directors, she’s aiming to help provide order to her baby sister’s life. A spark of love may pierce through her serious demeanor when she connects with a psychology professor.

A jilted groom is left with a decision to make about his honeymoon, and ends up going on the trip with his mother. The French-language comedy film debuts on Feb. 12 and stars Michèle Laroque, Julien Frison and Rossy de Palma.

It’s the final season of Valeria, which follows the titular character and her three best friends as they navigate romantic relationships, breakups, situation-ships and their careers. At times, their bond is tested. Season 4 will see Valeria choose between lovers Víctor and Bruno and perhaps carve a new path as a professional writer. Binge it on Valentine’s Day.

Korean rom-com series Melo Movie centers on four people who are connected through love and friendship, but time separates them. Ko Gyeom and Kim Mubee were once interested in each other years ago, but something happened that didn’t allow their relationship to flourish. Does time heal old wounds? When Gyeom moves close by, Mubee explores giving this another shot. 

Meanwhile, Gyeom’s best friend, a musician named Hong Si-jun, may be rekindling a love with ex-girlfriend Son Ju-a. Will they end up making beautiful music together? Watch the series when it drops on Feb. 14.

This reality series takes viewers on a journey with Nesh Pillay, a woman who wakes up with amnesia and is mentally stuck in the late ’90s. She doesn’t remember she has a fiancé, JJ or a child. Their real-life story went viral as she shared it on social media, and Prime Video series chronicles their relationship, wedding-planning, negative online attention, caregiving and what’s behind her condition. The show premiered on Feb. 11.

Debuting on Feb. 13, My Fault: London is a tale of young love. Noah’s mom relocates their family to London to be with her new beau, William. William’s son, Nick, and 18-year-old Noah find themselves attracted to one another, but they fight their feelings. Things are already complicated for Noah as she adapts to life in a new place and soon become trickier.

Sweethearts is a reality series about high school teenagers weathering situations of will-they-won’t-they stay together after graduation. Watch these Charleston, South Carolina, kids experience senior year through prom, spring break and other milestones as they decide their next steps as young couples. Stream season 1 on Feb. 13.

Florence Pugh plays Almut with Andrew Garfield as Tobias, two people who have a meet-cute when Almut accidentally hits Tobias with her car. They slowly fall for each other, but their love story takes a turn when Almut is diagnosed with cancer. The two navigate illness, life, love, children and much more. The film landed on Max on Feb. 7.

So hear us out — The Gorge is not your typical lovey-dovey romance story. Instead, the Scott Derrickson flick blends romance, horror and drama with Anya Taylor-Joy and Miles Teller as two highly skilled agents charged with protecting opposite sides of a strange, creepy gorge. They’re not allowed to interact with one another but form a bond, and in time, they have to work together when things get dire at their post. Stream it on Feb. 14.
