iPhone SE 4 has been making a lot of headlines for a long time now. And not the latest rumors suggest that it could reach the market with a different moniker. According to popular tipster Majin Bu on X (formerly Twitter) iPhone SE will be introduced in the market as the iPhone 16E. The changed name of the device will connect it to the recently launched iPhone 16 series which consisted of the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Po Max.

The iPhone 16E will most probably run on the A18 processor by Apple. And the best part is that it will also come with support for Apple Intelligence features. And the changed moniker has also appeared in a Weibo post shared by Tipster Fixed Focus Digital back in December 2024. The case renders of the smartphone suggested that it will get a camera island in the top left corner. And the design of the device will be quite similar to that of the iPhone 14.
The iPhone 16E will ship with a 6.06-inch LTPO OLED display with a peak brightness of 800 nits. It may also get 8GB RAM to support the performance functions of different applications. Apart from that, we will get to see Face ID support in the handset.
The smartphone will get a 3,279mAh battery with support for basic wired charging. Rumors also have it that the iPhone will bring a 48MP rear shooter similar to the iPhone 16. As for the pricing, high chances are that Apple will drop this one somewhere around Rs 42,00 to Rs 46,000 in the Indian market. Nonetheless, Apple has not confirmed anything officially until now. So, the users are suggested to take all this information with a grain of salt.
