The director of the wildly successful two-part It films returns to the franchise with Welcome to Derry. Taking place in 1962—27 years before the film—the Hanlon family moves to town right as Pennywise begins hunting children again. In nine episodes, Bill Skarsgard returns as the murderous clown, and a new group of young people must survive his predations.

Country Doctor (Oct. 28)
The future of rural health care in America is up in the air with the massive Medicaid cuts proposed in the latest budget, and new documentary Country Doctor gets down into the nitty gritty, following Oklahoma physician James Graham as he tries everything to save the town of Fairfax’s bankrupt hospital and serve his patients with fewer and fewer resources.
Sorry, Baby (Oct. 30)
Eva Victor (best known for Billions) wrote, directed, and starred in Sorry, Baby, which won raves at Sundance this year. She plays Agnes, a literature professor at a rural New England college who is sexually assaulted by a colleague and has to navigate the complex emotional and reputational crisis that follows. Heady stuff, but it’s executed brilliantly.
