Sir James Dyson has unveiled a bumper range of new products in Berlin, including a brand-new cordless vacuum, a new robot and a hard floor cleaner. We’ll be bringing you more from this event as it happens, but here’s the overview of the new launches, which appeared alongside the already announced Dyson PencilVac.
Dyson V16 Piston Animal

The Dyson V16 Piston Animal is the company’s new flagship cordless vacuum cleaner, with 315 air watts (AW) of power, thanks to its next-generation Hyperdymium 900W motor. Rather than just providing more suction power, the cleaner has a new floor head, the All Floor Cones Sense.
Using anti-tangle conical brush bars, hair is ejected off the end of the cones and sucked up. Perhaps more importantly, the floor head is designed to work on carpet and hard floor, so there’s no need to swap heads anymore.
As with the older Fluffy head, the new one has the same green light system to highlight dirt. This cleaner will be available with and without a Submarine hard floor cleaning head. Pricing starts at £749.99 and we’ll have a full review up on 9 September.
Dyson V8 Cyclone
A revamp of the existing V8 cordless vacuum, the Dyson V8 Cyclone has 30% more suction power than the previous model, a 50% longer run time and hot-swappable batteries. It also ditches the old trigger button for an on/off button, and a mode button to switch between the three modes (Eco, Medium and Boost).
The V8 Cyclone will launch 17 September 2026 and will cost £349.99.
Dyson Clean+Wash Hygiene

A new hard floor cleaner, following in the footsteps of the Dyson WashG1, the Clean+Wash Hygiene also avoids using a filter. Instead, all dirt and dirty water are enclosed within the cleaner head, preventing bacteria and odour build-up. This cleaner has 30% more densely packed microfibres and embedded nylon bristles to aid stain removal.
Pricing has not been announced, but the cleaner will be available from early 2026.
Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai robot

The last Dyson robot vacuum was 2023’s Dyson 360 Vis Nav, but the Spot+Scrub Ai robot brings the company bang up to date, with a wet and dry floor cleaning model. Using an AI-powered camera, green LED illumination, and smart navigation, the robot can identify 200 types of objects, including cables and socks, and clean around them intelligently. AI is also used to spot stain detection and adapt cleaning behaviour.
Wet cleaning uses a roller, for heygenienic cleaning, and dust is collected into a bagless dock, so there are no ongoing costs for bags.
This robot will launch in early 2026, and pricing has not yet been announced.
Alongside the floor cleaning products, Dyson also demonstrated the Dyson Cool CF1 fan; the Dyson Hot=Cool HF1 Remote Link Pre-Heat fan heater; and the Dyson HushJet Purifier Compact. And, the company added to its hair care line, with the Dyson Supersonic r hair dryer, the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2x and the Dyson Omega Nourishing Range.
