JASON Kelce has revealed that he very likely will suffer from CTE.

The legendary Philadelphia Eagles center revealed his theory on social media.

Kelce’s admission came last year after a debate about horse racing.

He went viral for believing that the legendary horse Secretariat was using steroids.

Former horse racing writer Jay Privman fired back by saying Kelce must have suffered from a brain disease in order to come up with that claim.

Kelce’s response indicated that he probably does have a disease.

“I mean I can virtually guarantee that I have CTE, all the research would suggest I have some degree of it,” Kelce wrote on X.

“I think it is entirely reasonable to assume I have some degree of that pathology.”

CTE can only be diagnosed after death, but it is found at an extremely high rate among professional football players.

It occurs from repeat head injuries, something that players in the trenches suffer from often.

“Even though there is no test to see if I currently have CTE, the evidence suggests I probably do,” Kelce wrote.

“Just like the reality that a lot, if not most of the high-level horses of the 70s and 80s were doping because adequate tests were not available.”

NFL fans are in agreement with Kelce, and speculate that too many football athletes will end up with CTE.

“This is why the tush push should be banned,” one fan said.

“Literally every player in the league has some level of CTE,” another fan said.

“If you play O-line in the NFL you definitely gonna end up with CTE,” a third fan said.

“Id be surprised if any linemen go through a whole career and don’t have it,” a fourth fan said.

‘It was a short retirement!’

Jason Kelce didn’t stay retired in the NFL for long.

The former Philadelphia Eagles lineman called it quits after the 2023 season.

But he will be part of ESPN’s coverage on Monday Night Football in 2024.

Kelce will appear on Monday Night Countdown from 6pm-8pm ET every week as well as during the halftime show.

“Turns out, it was a short retirement!” he joked.

“ESPN was a consistent presence in our household growing up and the network helped shape who I am and my love of all sports.

“To now appear on that same screen is a full circle moment.

“And, I mean it’s freaking Monday Night Football! and I’m ready for some football.”

“Only time will tell. I hope this isn’t the case for this legend,” a fifth fan said.

Kelce went most of his career without any major injuries.

He missed most of his sophomore season in 2012, but played 16 games or more in all but one other season.

Kelce didn’t suffer from any confirmed concussions in his career, but even minor ones can cause CTE.
